OKOLO is a creative collective focused on the conception, curation and overall implementation of exhibition or publication projects in the fields of design and architecture. The studio was founded in 2009 by graphic designers Matěj Činčera and Jan Kloss and curator and theorist of architecture and design Adam Štěch in Prague, CZ. As a team, they are able to devise and implement curatorial concepts from start to finish, focusing primarily on the history of design and architecture of the 20th century. They have published countless publications, including five issues of their own magazine OKOLO, the publication Fordlandia for the British studio Swine or the book Modern Architecture and Interiors for the German publisher Prestel. They have initiated or created exhibitions at home and abroad for private and institutional clients, including Victoria & Albert Museum in London, International Graphic Biennale in Brno, Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein, MAK in Vienna, Triennale di Milano in Milan and others.
